MLB Baseball betting odds Cardinals at Padres MLB Lines

With the two teams having their first matchup on Tuesday as they actually were the underdogs in the game and still won 1-0. If that game was any indication it may be that runs scored tonight may be hard to come by. Starting for the Cardinals will be Jaime Garcia who is 4-2 with a low ERA of 1.28 with 42 Ks and 20 BBs. And for the Padres it will be Kevin Correia who is 4-4 with an ERA of 4.57 with 38 Ks and 16 BBs. Garcia is going after a win by a starting pitcher which would be the first in five games. Will these pitching stats change anything with the MLB betting or the MLB Odds?

The Cardinals are delighted by the performance on Monday of Pujol and they hope it may begin a streak of hitting for him. At the same time the Padres are looking for their Start at first to correct the problems he has had playing at home and that he will break out of the slump on this road trip. Read more…

MLB Baseball Betting Odds Padres at Mariners

Baseball betting news… The Padres are 24-17 while the Mariners are 15-29. This weekend the Mariners of the American League and the Padres of the National League will be one of the many teams playing in inter league play. This Inter League play will be in two parts with a three game series this present weekend and the second part will from the 11th thru the 27th of June. P.

The Starting pitchers will be Lefthander Cliff Lee for the Mariners who is 1-2 with an ERA of 2.08 and for the Padres it will be Lefthander Wade LeBlanc, who is 2-1 with and ERA of 1.54. A reminder that Lee is a 2008 AL Cy Young winner and has given NL teams a lot of discomfort during his tenure there.
